Sauce - class

Didn't get to update what's going on in my class for those few weeks due to the stupidity of the line and blogspot doesn't respond well to it. That is why all these stuff happens. Learnt sauce on last Friday which dated 2nd May and our original lecturer, Ms Haslin is absent and is replaced by Chef Adi, our Food safety & sanitation lecturer. Chubby yet funny guy. His class is fun you know? =D Sauces are divided into 2 types cold and hot sauce and there are 5 main sauce which is called as the mother sauce are it's the foundation of every other sauce out there.
