But I don't think it is possible soon as we're moving on to Russian Service, in which the plating will be done by the waiter/waitresss in front of the guest.

And I forgot to set it back to 5mp mode. And guess what? All the pictures here are actually taken with the 0.31mp mode. Not bad huh?

Above is the cream soup. It taste like...I don't know. It's all familiar.

The dessert, it's actually coconut with .. I don't know what on top. I think it's red bean?
I kinda liked the coconut thingy.

I don't quite like the taste from this branch. I wonder why.
I feels like Wong Kwok Char Chan Teng's Ying Yong is better.

Orange something ice mellow. I forgot the full name.
I'm basically having orange slurpee.
It's ICE! Not bad, but I can't stop shivering and my teeth chatters after that.

Cheese Baked Rice. Well, the guys like usual, will die if they don't have their pork intake in a day.

I finally get to play 'decorating' cakes. It's not really that pretty, but oh well I'm new to it and I'm kinda happy with it. It looks kinda nice in someways. It's actually Ms EMQ's bday present.

New York Cheesecake

My uncle requested a cheesecake for his birthday. Don't know what to bake and wanting to try out new things, and here is moi New York Cheesecake + choco ganache.

My 1st time with 'decorating'

I LOVE my cheese layer.
It's SMOOTH and well..it's SMOOTH and the taste is *hearts*
My crust, I'm not happy with it.
My choco, the taste itself is nice.
But it doesn't go well with my cake actually =\

Making this thing basically took me half a day. From 11am till around 6pm. It's not a continuous work, but it needs time to cool down and stuff. It's fun nonetheless. Alot peoples' birthday is on 1st Aug. Lucky not ALL of them are here now. I'll go pokai for sure and I certainly don't like to take pics at night.

Cream puff

2nd attempt on my latest work, CREAM PUFF! I get to pipe today but need to work on it. It ended up looking like a pao, and my sis said it looked like a polo bun. It's not even a 'bread'. Taste wise, the puff is nice, but my custard cream is watery. It looks like a 'lau'(flowing) cream puff more than a normal one.

Cup cakes ahoy! It's blardy colourful.. I LIKE them alot, but I didnt get to eat much...Just munched 1 complete and then pieces from other places *sigh* I can't wait to go back and TRY!
