Rice & Pasta - class

Cooked Pilaf Rice yesterday. It's something like french chicken rice. I mean, it does taste like chicken rice with more buttery taste because it's cooked with butter actually. Kinda fun the whole process. It's lucky that we kinda 'screwed up' from the original recipe cause of the water portion. Thanks to that... our rice is just nice. It's even better if a lil more water and abit more salty tho.
