Seafood - class

Learnt about seafood yesterday. The only thing is good about yesterday's class is that we didn't get scold DURING the whole thing. The worst part is during the END of the class, regarding the final exam for this coming 27.

Fish & Chips
The breading looks pretty. Taste wise.. it is still OKAAY.

Sefood 'TEMPURA'
It doesn't even look like the usual tempura we see anyway
Taste..? I don't know. I don't have any impression of it altho I tasted it.

My group's Seafood Newburg
It's scallop with prawn. It's HARD to handle SCALLOPS!!
I don't like my own work this time. It's SALTY!
Tried to safe it numerous of times, but still SALTY @@
I forgot about the scallops... I mean they produce water.
I forgot that the butter is.. salty. Basically, it's SALTY!
But I like the texture of my scallop.
I like the 'fishy' smell but my lecturer doesn't so, we got scold anyway.
=p

I don't know how to present my food.
My bechamel sauce is not 'appealing' enough compare to other groups.

I-don't-know-what-fish-dish
It's fish in some sort of sauce that I forgot the name
Lect say the fish is not cooked yet. I'm not sure about it
We just eat whatever we can eat in the class anyway
Some more, I like RAW fish anyway... I mean SALMON la

Another I-dunno-the-name-of-the-dish
VERY salty. I don't know why but all the dishes are quite salty.
