Ever wonder...

Ever wonder how pastries are produced? I mean croissant and danish pastry here. Just to show glimpse of how it's done. Pics are not taken by me. It's my friend's camera. All these are from Family Week. It's related from the previous post that I posted on pastry.

It's danish pastry. 'slit' the edges.
