I'm home and guess who is my 'model' on practicing? My cats of course. Not really catS, as it's always the same 1. Black cats looks nicer in black & white instead of colour. But its it just me or..it's like that?

Cream puff

2nd attempt on my latest work, CREAM PUFF! I get to pipe today but need to work on it. It ended up looking like a pao, and my sis said it looked like a polo bun. It's not even a 'bread'. Taste wise, the puff is nice, but my custard cream is watery. It looks like a 'lau'(flowing) cream puff more than a normal one.
